Custom Contoured Heatseal Elements:
Custom contoured Alloy 20 and Low Expansion heat seal elements. We can build per your print, reproduce per an existing band, or our highly experienced engineering team can aid with enhancing an existing design to create the best possible seal. For new projects, we will design and build a custom contoured band and tooling solution per your requirements.

- Surface mounted cutting wires (seal and cut your required shape)
- Precisely located fixture tabs and welded location pins
- Surface and identification marking
